Sportradar is a current public group brand mapped to Swiss parent Sportradar Group AG. The company's 2025 Form 20-F names the registrant, Swiss incorporation jurisdiction and St. Gallen principal office, and defines Sportradar as the parent together with its consolidated subsidiaries. The same filing states that Sportradar Group AG is a holding company with no operations of its own. A May 2026 SEC filing confirms the same issuer name and address, but neither filing identifies the subsidiary that signs every sports-data, odds, MTS, ORAKO, PAM or virtual-sports order.

Sportradar's OneFeed documentation shows that supported third-party feeds can be normalized for centralized risk management. MTS therefore does not require an exclusively Sportradar-sourced content stack in every deployment.
Integration: MTS connects to the sportsbook's bet and trading workflow. OneFeed can convert supported third-party content into Sportradar's Unified Odds Feed structure, while the exact providers and producers are agreed during onboarding.

Sportradar Virtual Sports

The product page covers soccer, basketball, racing, and related games and says the portfolio can connect to an existing platform or operate as a standalone solution.
Ownership is mixed at product level. Sportradar owns the core virtual-sports technology and products it describes, while its current Unified Odds Feed documentation explicitly labels virtual dogs and horses as powered by Kiron. A buyer should not infer that every product in one Sportradar feed is produced by Sportradar.
Virtual Sports uses its own producer and event identifiers inside Sportradar's feed model. That makes the integration boundary inspectable, but it does not answer the operator's wallet, certification, rights, commercial, or data-retention terms.
Integration: Operators can take the virtual portfolio through Sportradar's game and feed infrastructure or use a standalone configuration. The implementation should map every producer, product, wallet and settlement message, test and production identifier, result correction, video or tracker asset, rights and market restriction, certification, hosting duty, player-data flow, reporting field, support path, and supplier dependency. The supplier schedule should preserve Kiron as the named producer where the documentation does.
