The casino.limo application has no contact, account, comment, or newsletter forms. It does not run visitor analytics, advertising pixels, ad tracking, or third-party embeds. The application does not set cookies.

The theme control stores a value named theme in the browser's local storage. The value is light, dark, or system. It remains on the device until the setting changes or the browser data is cleared.

Calculator inputs, provider RFP selections and notes, and current directory filters are processed in the browser. The application does not upload those values to casino.limo. A category link can select an initial RFP worksheet; the page removes that category fragment after loading it. Decision statuses and operator notes are never placed in the URL.

When a user creates a shareable calculator scenario, its values are placed after the # in the URL. That fragment is not sent as part of a normal HTTP page request, but it remains visible to the browser and to anyone who receives the link. A copy action writes the selected text or scenario to the system clipboard. Calculator and RFP CSV exports are created and downloaded on the user's device. RFP selections and notes remain only in the current tab and are not restored after a reload.

casino.limo uses mailto: links instead of a website form. Clicking one opens the user's configured mail app. A message leaves the device only when the user sends it through that mail service.

The mailbox provider, routing, processing locations, retention period, and access controls are pending publication. The current public launch record does not state that mailbox delivery has been independently verified.

Do not send player data, identity documents, payment credentials, private keys, passwords, production access, or confidential regulator material in an initial email.

Loading a page or asset makes a network request to the hosting layer. The hosting provider's exact log categories, processing locations, retention period, and access controls are pending publication. This notice does not fill those gaps with assumptions.
