Payment cannot buy a provider profile, inclusion in a comparison hub, a higher or fixed position, a favorable verdict, unsupported wording, an editorial link, removal of a supported criticism, suppression of a valid correction, a fresh review date without review, or continued publication after the evidence is no longer current.
What is required for a quote
A commercial quote requires the contracting entity, promoted brand and product, destination URL, target B2B audience and markets, proposed placement and dates, creative requirements, disclosure wording, licensing or market restrictions, measurement request, and an authorized commercial contact. An incomplete request may receive questions rather than a price.
Quote and placement terms
A proposal is not accepted until scope, disclosure, content approval, duration, placement, price, invoicing, cancellation, removal rights, link treatment, measurement, and legal responsibilities are agreed in writing. A commercial placement stays outside editorial ordering and may be refused or removed if the live destination, claims, product, or market scope differs from the approved proposal.
