Scout Fantasy Platform
Fantasy SportsFirst PartyAvailability: StandaloneScout remains a live licensed B2B fantasy supplier after ImpactWin acquired the operating group in April 2026. The acquired assets include the existing fantasy technology, products, customer relationships, IP, and regulated Scout entities; the former listed parent and the operating supplier are not the same boundary.
The current integration model sits above an operator's account stack: the operator retains wallet, KYC, back office, CRM, and payment rails while Scout supplies fantasy game and scoring functions. Scout holds active MGA and UKGC B2B permissions, but those permissions do not replace the customer's operator license or local product approval.
The product is in transition. Scout says its prior platform spent years in maintenance mode and that v3 is being rebuilt. The site labels Drafts, pick'em, and private leagues as product direction; the new engine and impact rail as planned or in development; and example screens as illustrative or in selected-customer testing. Its two-week launch and performance figures are unsubstantiated marketing claims. None is included as proven production scope without a versioned demo and contract.
Scout's website privacy policy covers corporate-site data and names joint website controllers. It does not allocate player-account, gameplay, scoring, wallet, KYC, payment, fraud, retention, or data-subject duties for an operator integration.
Integration: The order should name Scout Ltd and any Scout & Co or ImpactWin role; identify the accepted production version rather than the v3 roadmap; list every live fantasy format, sport, league, data feed, scoring and correction rule, operator and supplier license, wallet callback, idempotency and reconciliation control, KYC and location gate, merchant of record, player terms, prize and tax flow, data-controller and processor role, subprocessors, hosting, monitoring, support, release and certification process, incident duties, source and configuration ownership, complete export schemas, parallel-run and rollback plan, transition service, and deletion evidence. U.S. real-money scope is excluded until current state registrations and contracting entities are republished and independently checked.

Included
- + Client branding and player-facing fantasy screens included in the signed build
- + Current engine, scoring, and operator-stack connections accepted for production
- + Any hosting, operations, support, or regulatory evidence expressly included
Not included
- ! An assumed host-license, merchant-of-record, wallet, KYC, payment, or player-support service
- ! Future v3 functions not present in the accepted build
- ! The separate Scout & Co B2C operation or FanTeam consumer service unless explicitly contracted
- + The operating supplier survived the public-parent exit and now has a clearly documented owner and legal-entity chain.

- + The current site explicitly keeps wallet, KYC, CRM, back office, and payment rails on the operator side.
- + Scout unusually labels many future screens and modules as illustrative or in development, making the roadmap boundary inspectable.
- ! Do not buy the v3 page as if it described the accepted production build. Require a versioned demonstration, gap list, release dates, acceptance tests, rollback, and support commitment.
- ! The old listed parent sold the operating business and delisted while Scout Ltd continued; every order, license, IP grant, support duty, and invoice must name the correct surviving entity.
- ! U.S. state registrations and contracting entity are explicitly under confirmation, so U.S. real-money availability is not verified.
- ! The impact rail, two-week launch, performance metrics, anonymous testimonials, and example lobbies are not independently substantiated and are excluded from comparison claims.
- ! The corporate-site privacy notice is not the player-data DPA; account, gameplay, wallet, scoring, fraud, retention, and exit roles remain to be contracted.
