IDComply Identity and AML Screening

Multi ProductMixedAvailability: Standalone and Bundled

IDComply is GeoComply's current identity layer for data, phone, email, document and selfie verification, knowledge-based authentication, AML screening, and registration-stage fraud controls. It can be selected as an offering and can also use device and location signals from separately ordered GeoComply products.

GeoComply owns the IDComply orchestration and product layer, but the current product terms explicitly identify Third-Party Suppliers and third-party consumer and verification data. The underlying identity, credit, carrier, document, and screening sources must not be described as GeoComply-owned.

Current public materials do not establish IDComply as a native transaction-monitoring ingestion engine, SAR filing platform, or full corporate-registry and UBO KYB product. GeoComply Core and OneComply are separate offerings outside this module.

Products in this module
Data Identity Verification: Age or identity checks using submitted personal data and selected authoritative or consumer-data sources.
Document and Selfie Verification: Photo-ID verification and selfie-based step-up checks supplied through IDComply and its contracted third-party dependencies.
Phone and Email Verification: Phone and email checks used as identity and registration-risk signals.
Knowledge-Based Authentication: Out-of-wallet questions used where supported and required; the current product page notes that KBA applies only in some US states.
AML Screening: PEP, sanctions, watchlist, and criminal-record screening presented within the identity workflow; public materials do not establish transaction monitoring or regulatory filing.

Integration: GeoComply contracts selected offerings, territory, permitted purpose, supplier dependencies, and fees through the Order Form. Current product materials describe a configurable waterfall and consolidated identity request, but general public API documentation and a standard implementation schedule are not available.

Pii Retention Boundary

The marketing page says IDComply stores no PII, while the current Product Terms permit retention and use of defined Fraud Prevention Data and the DPA lists personal data processed for IDComply

Current public marketing and legal materials; the customer agreement must resolve storage, roles, purposes, and retention · Do not repeat the no-PII-storage claim as a settled product fact until GeoComply reconciles it with the Product Terms and DPA.

Included

  • + Contracted identity, phone, email, document, selfie, KBA, and AML screening checks
  • + Configured fraud and registration signals
  • + Ordered dashboard, workflow, and integration access
  • + Core-backed location or device signals only when separately selected

Not included

  • ! The operator's gambling license or final compliance accountability
  • ! Ownership of third-party verification and screening data
  • ! Native transaction monitoring or SAR filing
  • ! Full corporate-registry KYB and UBO reconstruction
  • ! OneComply regulatory application workflows
  • ! GeoComply Core or GeoGuard unless selected in the Order Form
  • ! Universal pricing, implementation time, or market coverage
Best for: Regulated operators that need identity and AML screening connected to device and location signals, especially where GeoComply Core is already deployed or being procured separately.
Strengths
  • + Current product terms define the identity-check categories and disclose third-party supplier dependencies.
  • + Recent gambling evidence covers a named operator deployment and a market-specific Brazil configuration.
  • + Identity, device, and location signals can be combined without presenting the separately ordered products as one owned data source.
What to verify in procurement
  • ! GeoComply is a brand used across multiple possible contracting entities; the Order Form must identify the provider and licensed territory.
  • ! IDComply relies on Third-Party Suppliers and external consumer, identity, carrier, document, and screening data.
  • ! The public no-PII-storage statement conflicts with the current Product Terms and DPA and should not be treated as settled.
  • ! Public materials do not establish a native transaction-monitoring, SAR-filing, or full KYB product.
  • ! GeoComply Core, GeoGuard, and OneComply are separate offerings and are not silently included in this module.
  • ! Public pricing and a standard implementation schedule are not available.
  • ! Customer, scale, pass-rate, savings, and performance figures remain vendor-reported.
  • ! A supplier license in one state does not prove approval of every entity, product, or jurisdiction.
