Poker 2.0 went live in 2025 with a rewritten engine. Cubeia continued presenting the poker solution in 2026, so this is not a legacy open-source product. The old AGPL edition was closed years ago; buyers should not infer current source access from historical repositories or from the separate Nano source-code language.
Hybrid Poker Network is a separate independent network organization partnered with Cubeia. It can provide shared liquidity, but its operating entity, license coverage, fund reconciliation, player-data roles, and market pools need their own agreement and evidence.
Integration: Cubeia documents a complete poker license, HTML5 and iframe client delivery, and single-wallet integration. The order should identify whether the buyer receives poker alone or Nano, the hosting and cloud account, source and customization rights, wallet messages, account and game identifiers, network partner, certification build, fraud workflow, player-data and fund roles, support, and export or handover at exit.
