The overall module is mixed because identity intelligence, sanctions and PEP data, adverse-media data and EDD reports can come from providers such as RZOLUT, World-Check, Thomson Reuters CLEAR and Dow Jones.
The active contracting company is Alessa Inc., Ontario corporation number 1000397419. The vendor imprint still quotes predecessor number 1070025, which the official registry marks inactive and amalgamated, so the imprint must not be used as current filing proof.
Integration: Alessa is an enterprise web application rather than a drop-in player-onboarding SDK. The July 2024 architecture guide documents ETL imports through native database drivers or ODBC, read-only access to source data after import, Microsoft SQL Server storage, and on-site or cloud installation. A public support article also describes single-customer Azure-hosted, on-premises or private-cloud, and hybrid deployments. The Integrated Screening package can instead supply contracted sanctions, watchlist and PEP data through API or datafile.
