Its product directory treats these as selectable layers, not one indivisible platform.
Scientific Games, LLC is the lottery company acquired by Brookfield in 2022. Light & Wonder is the separately branded former gaming and iGaming business and should not be treated as the owner of this lottery stack. Licensed entertainment properties and third-party content can still sit inside Scientific Games programs under separate rights.
Current 2026 records identify a live New Mexico conversion, a Minnesota modernization contract, and a Delaware iLottery launch. These records establish real deployments and component boundaries; they do not establish one universal service level, data-controller model, or commercial structure for every customer.
Integration: Scientific Games can replace or extend a lottery's central, retail, instant, and digital environment. The agreement should map each Momentum or other named component to its deployment, data stores, third parties, operations team, acceptance test, certification, service level, recovery objective, and export. A content or instant-ticket agreement does not by itself include the central system, and a central-system agreement does not automatically include iLottery or managed operations.

- Third Party Boundary
The product portfolio supports third-party content and platforms, so Scientific Games is not necessarily the owner of every game, brand, payment, or connected service
Architecture and content rights require contract-level identification

- Data Boundary
The reviewed public records do not allocate player-data control, payment processing, transaction-ledger ownership, or exit retention across every product and service configuration
