iTech Labs is an active multi-entity testing brand. The Australian Business Register maps the iTech Labs business name to active company iTech Global Pty Ltd, and GLI's acquisition announcement says that company became a wholly owned subsidiary of GLI Australia Pty Ltd in May 2023. Current iTech terms allow iTech Labs E.O.O.D. or another applicable iTech Labs entity to contract, while current RvA scope L 372 names GLI Europe B.V. as also trading as iTech Labs. The privacy policy names only the brand, not a legal controller. UKAS lists iTech Global Pty Ltd's ISO/IEC 17065 accreditation as withdrawn, and the dated March 2026 UK Gambling Commission list has no separate iTech row. No reviewed source makes one iTech company the universal contractor, accredited laboratory, or report issuer.
