Main hubCasino Game Providers

Games Global Limited is the active Isle of Man group company behind the Games Global business. Regulated supply and platform routes use separate subsidiaries and counterparties, so no operating subsidiary is treated as the universal contracting entity.

These modules are our normalized view of the provider's current products and services. A vendor source confirms what the company publishes; it does not independently prove performance, availability in every market, or contract terms. Claim status and unresolved responsibilities stay visible below.

Games Global Casino Game Content

CasinoMixedAvailability: Standalone

Games Global supplies an exclusive and proprietary casino-content portfolio assembled across wholly owned, majority-owned, acquired-IP, and independent exclusive-studio relationships. Current public categories include slots, progressive jackpots, branded titles, RNG tables, video poker, and crash or casual games.

Mixed ownership is material. Games Global may hold game IP or exclusive distribution rights without having developed the title or owning the studio. Operators should preserve the named studio, IP owner, game version, certification, and continuity rights in each content schedule.

The distribution route uses the Quickfire environment under a filed agreement in which Apricot held platform rights and maintenance duties and Games Global Operations Limited had non-exclusive use. It must not be described as a wholly owned Games Global API or RGS.

Products in this module
Exclusive casino catalog: Contracted games from owned, affiliated, acquired-IP, and independent exclusive studios, with title-level attribution retained.
Progressive jackpot content: Contracted Mega Moolah, WowPot, and related jackpot products where the selected market, game build, pool, and operating rules are approved.
RNG tables and alternative formats: Current catalog categories include RNG tables, video poker, crash, casual, and other casino formats in addition to slots.

Integration: The order and technical schedule should name the Games Global group entity or intermediary, the selected studios and titles, IP and distribution rights, game-server and Quickfire route, wallet and rollback messages, jackpot dependencies, certifications, reporting, support, data roles, service levels, removal rights, and unresolved-round handling. A Games Global content agreement does not automatically include PLUS third-party content, every jackpot network, every market, or every historic Microgaming title.

  • ! Ownership by Games Global of every studio, title, or the Quickfire platform
Best for: Licensed casinos that want a broad exclusive-content relationship with clear title-level studio, IP, certification, jackpot, platform, and market schedules.
Strengths
  • + The current public catalog exposes product categories and title-level studio attribution instead of presenting every game as internally developed.
  • + Filings make the studio-rights and Quickfire platform boundaries inspectable, allowing procurement to separate content ownership from delivery infrastructure.
  • + Current British and Malta records identify specific regulated group entities without turning them into a universal license claim.
What to verify in procurement
  • ! Proprietary can include acquired or exclusively licensed IP. Confirm the studio, IP owner, exclusivity term, certification, and continuity rights for every title.
  • ! Quickfire is not established as wholly owned Games Global technology. Confirm the current platform owner, maintenance chain, subprocessors, exit rights, and any migration plan.

Games Global Video Bingo Content

BingoMixedAvailability: Standalone

Games Global distributes a multi-studio online casino catalog that currently includes video bingo. Its specialist supply includes partner-studio content such as Neko Games. The module is classified as mixed ownership because Games Global owns acquired IP and interests in some studios while also distributing content from partner studios.

This is hosted game-content distribution, not evidence of a multiplayer bingo engine, shared-liquidity room network, bingo PAM, or host-license white label. The British register lists casino game hosting and gambling software, not a remote bingo operating activity, which is consistent with treating the titles as casino-format video bingo.

The supplier's 2022 acquisition of Microgaming's distribution business and selected IP explains the platform lineage. It does not make every historic Microgaming product current or every connected studio and game wholly owned by Games Global.

Products in this module
Video-bingo catalog: Hosted online video-bingo titles supplied within the wider Games Global content distribution relationship.
Neko Games content: Specialist partner-studio video-bingo games available to Games Global customers, subject to game and market approval.

Integration: An operator or aggregator connects selected Games Global-hosted video-bingo games to an existing game-launch, account, wallet, and reporting stack. The content schedule should identify the studio and IP owner for every title, Games Global and Prima Networks entities used, game-server location, versions and certifications, RTP and rules, wallet and rollback messages, gameplay data and subprocessors, jackpot or promotion dependencies, service levels, removal rights, and unresolved-round handling at exit.

  • + Game launch, wallet, result, and reporting interfaces defined for the integration
  • + Content hosting and support stated in the order

Not included

  • ! A multiplayer bingo engine, shared network, operator PAM, host license, or white-label operation
  • ! Ownership by Games Global of every partner-studio title
  • ! Every game in every market or every legacy Microgaming bingo product
Best for: Licensed casino operators that want video-bingo content inside a broader hosted multi-studio game relationship and do not need a bingo room network or player platform.
Strengths
  • + The current company page expressly keeps video bingo in the active content catalog.
  • + A current British regulator record confirms the named software and casino game-host entity, while the supplier identifies a separate Malta group licensee.
What to verify in procurement
  • ! Games Global is an aggregator and host across owned and partner content. Verify the actual studio, IP owner, certification, and continuity rights title by title.
  • ! The British license is for gambling software and casino game hosting, not remote bingo operation. Do not present this as a shared-liquidity bingo network.
  • ! Historic Microgaming lineage does not prove that every old game or platform remains available under current Games Global contracts.
  • ! Normalize the technical and commercial scope for video bingo separately from the much larger slot and jackpot catalog.

Games Global Aggregation Platform

CasinoMixedAvailability: Standalone

Games Global operates a current aggregation service for separately owned third-party content. Games Global PLUS gives customers centralized access to contracted exclusive and non-exclusive games, assets, documentation, and operator tools.

The aggregation module is separate from Games Global's exclusive or proprietary studio portfolio. A supplier shown in PLUS remains the owner of its games and may have different contracts, certifications, market availability, removal rights, and promotion tooling.

Products in this module
Games Global PLUS: Client Zone access to contracted third-party content, game assets, documentation, and related operator tools.
Third-party content distribution: Current named counterparties include 3 Oaks Gaming and Zitro Digital, subject to the signed content and market schedules.

Integration: The agreement should identify the aggregator and platform entities, contracted third-party studios and titles, direct or intermediary route, certifications, game-server locations, wallet and rollback behavior, content and promotion dependencies, supplier removals, reporting, invoicing, data roles, service levels, and exit export. Public pages do not publish a universal catalog, price, SLA, DPA, supplier-contract matrix, or market-ready title list.
